I'm a long-term customer of Road, Track & Trail (RT&T). I've never been disappointed. Case in point: Last April I purchased a 2016 Arctic Cat 700HDX UTV from RT&T. My purchase was easy, enjoyable and hassle free. The salesman actually followed up with me twice over the next 6 weeks to make sure I was still satisfied with my purchase and that I was having no issues. I have since dealt with Alex in service on 3 occasions for A) Stickers, B) a 5000# winch with install, and C) an oil change. RT&T is not the closest service center to me - fact, I have one a half mile from my home, but I won't take my machine anywhere else. RT&T's services are very reasonably priced, the techs always go the extra yard - checking every aspect of the machine, the service is always completed in a very timely manner and my machine always comes back washed and sparkling. I give Alex and RT&T 5 Stars across the board.

Brad, in sales, has been the Best sales person I've met. I've purchased several motorcycles from different dealerships, and I am very impressed by the level of customer service he provided. He went above and beyond: especially since it was a time-consuming sale for him since it involved shipping the motorcycle to the Baltimore MD area.

The pricing is excellent, the bike is superb, but what will always stay with me, is how much he cared about customer service. Several of my friends recommended ROAD, TRACK AND TRAIL to me, since they have purchased vehicles before. Keep up the great work guys!

I spring ordered a sled last year and road track n trail was great everything went smoothly. But the most thing I love about them is Stephen in parts he is the best in the business everything I've ever ordered from him has been ordered promptly and was right ! I've bought everything from four wheelers to bikes to snowmobiles from Adam at Road Track. Every experience has been great, and if there's been an issue (it happens with used stuff!), they've helped me out. My girlfriend needed some gear and got some honest opinions from the guys in the apparel building. They even dissuaded her from buying a pair of boots that weren't going to work well for her. They're my go to place!

The sales staff were helpful and efficient. Thank you Caralee Siebers; your quick responses to our never ending emails () made the whole process go smoothly. We appreciate the time and effort that went into the whole process.

Making a 4 hour road trip to Road Track and Trail was definitely worth the drive.

Stephen in Sled Parts and Service is the best of the best at RT&T. Always provides the best customer service and is loyal to his customers and willing to always help out. I drive over an hour to RT&T when I live 2 mins away from Fuel Powersports and 20 from Pro in Fondy.

One of the best places to get parts from. Stephen is by far the best parts guy around. He trys his best and goes above and beyond his job just to make you happy with shopping with them. Only guy I deal with for parts. Great shop great ppl love it.

I have bought tons of stuff from Adam over the years. Always great ppl to deal with. Stephen in parts and service bends over backwards for me and a bunch of guys in our group. Mike in the shop has given me advice countless times on wat to check or wat to fix. Great ppl. Definitely will continue to have my business

I bought a Triumph Explorer from Brad and had it shipped across country to me. I was concerned about buying a motorcycle that I could not see first, but Brad sent me about 20 detailed pictures. When I had a couple of questions about specific areas, he went and took more detailed pictures to answer those questions.

The bike arrived and upon inspection found it to be exactly as portrayed and some of the areas of concern were even less noticeable than I expected. Overall, I am very pleased and would deal with Brad and Road Track and Trail again.

First off,I drove 4.5 hrs to buy my wife's first bike, and got great service,from the minute I got there,until I pulled away with the great deal I came for. Nicole oleander was a financial guru,having us in and out of her office,in no time at all.

Mike,the salesman, bent over backwards to get the bike ready to go,even getting us the help to load it on the trailer,safe and secure.

Our whole experience was top notch,l would recommend doing business with these guys to anyone.

I want to thank them for making my wife very happy,she loves her new bike, and if she ever decides to upgrade, they will be the first ones we will call.

It's like snowmobile heaven! So many to choose from. My husband and I worked with Rick in sales, he was so helpful and fun to work with not to mention very knowledgable! I want to make mention to all the staff that was very nice and always said hi while we were looking thru the sleds. Everyone seemed so nice and personable! I recently purchased a bike from here and shortly after purchasing it I did notice a small issue with it. It wasn't anything that would have been noticed during a typical inspection but only after driving it for a short time. As soon as I notified them about it they quickly had someone come and pick up my bike from my house and bring it to their shop so they could fix it. Originally I was looking at not having it for a week due to the delay of the part arriving. To my surprise though the part arrived the next day and that evening not only did they have the bike completed but they also had it delivered back to my house all at their expense. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I will be returning for any future purchases.
